Returns Eligibility
We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that our return policy applies to faulty or defective products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty items, as per New Zealand Consumer Law.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items may be excluded from our return policy, including but not limited to:
- Products that are used or damaged after delivery.
- Perishable goods or custom-made items.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@piperrose.ltd, including your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame (usually 5-10 business days).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
