Dead Sea Salts and Magnesium Chloride flakes combined, soothes the nervous system which is, vital for facilitating relaxation, entering into a state of deep, restorative sleep. They also relax muscles, replenish magnesium at the cellular level.
Directions- For infants over 3 months old add 1 heaped teaspoon of salts, if using a baby bath, or 3 tablespoons if using a larger bath. For older children you can use up to 1/4 cup, and for adults you can use 1/4 to 1cup.
Dissolve the magnesium salts in warm water around (37 degrees) and let your child or yourself enjoy a relaxing bath for up to 20mintues, up to three times a week.
