Magnesium aids in soothing the nervous system, vital for facilitating relaxation and entering into a state of deep, restorative sleep. Magnesium serves as a crucial nutrient necessary for the comprehensive development and physiological functioning of our little ones.
Please apply 1-2 sprays only to the feet for 3-4 weeks. Gently rub the spray in and allow it to dry before dressing. You can apply to their stomach/legs after 3-4 weeks of use. Should any itching or tingling occur, it may indicate a deficiency; go back to applying just to their feet. Alternatively, the spray can be blended with coconut oil or another oil carrier.
This can be used on both adults & kids. If using on babies, only spray 1 spray under the soles of their feet.
