How to Use:
Shake gently before use. Spray directly onto the perineal area as often as needed  especially after using the bathroom or changing pads. You can also spritz onto maternity pads and keep them in the fridge for an extra cooling effect. You can also use as a toner for your face, when you have finished it for after birth healing.
